About Ramblegard

Ramblegard, a division of S&E CareTrade, are specialists in Fall Prevention Equipment for the Care Industry. We work with NHS Trusts and Care Home Groups throughout the UK & Ireland and via a network of distributors throughout UK, Europe & Australia to provide solutions for vulnerable and at-risk patients and their carers.

Founded in 1996, Ramblegard prides itself not only on the quality and reliability of it’s products but also on the level of support offered, from initial introduction and demonstration, to training and maintenance.

Our Product Specialists work closely with clients to ensure we provide the best possible solution for their particular needs. Full system training is provided during the installation process and following that, our dedicated aftersales team are on hand to provide ongoing training and support when required. We also carry out annual audits and offer maintenance contracts to ensure your system continues to function effectively and efficiently at all times.

We currently supply more than 50 Health Service and NHS Trusts throughout the UK. We are also the preferred supplier for all Care Homes within the Four Seasons Health Care Group. Our systems are in use in other large Care Home Groups (such as Runwood Homes, Care UK and MHA) as well as independent facilities across the country.

The Story So Far

Ramblegard was founded early in 1996, having identified a need to provide a simple fall prevention solution for those caring for the aged and infirm.

Later that year the flagship ‘Floorgard’ system was launched and its simple reliability, which enjoyed widespread success, was the foundation on which Ramblegard is now established as a reputable player in the marketplace.

The Ramblegard brand is not just about quality products, but rather focuses on providing fall prevention and patient monitoring solutions to healthcare organisations nationwide.

Systems now offer complete wireless functionality and various sensor options including pressure, proximity and infra red devices to create a unique and complete range, providing solutions to many falls management and patient monitoring issues that arise in care environments daily.

In Stock for Immediate Dispatch

Innovative packaging for delivery and subsequent storage of the products sets Ramblegard apart in the field. The components, sourced from specialist manufacturers offshore, are delivered to Ramblegard for assembly by our dedicated team. Then, following a series of quality checks the systems are serial numbered, programmed and boxed as plug and play solutions ready for dispatch. Comprehensive technical information sheets and quick start instructions can be viewed online or downloaded for reference from our resources library.
